ALDI's carries $1.99 sauces that will change the way you make quick meals. They offer Indian and Asian favorites like Sweet & Sour, Teriyaki, Generals Tso's, Tikka Masala, Korma, and Jalfrezi.

All you need to do is get some boneless skinless chicken breast, cut or slice as desired, salt and pepper the chicken and saute until done.

Asian Sauces

Asian sauces don't need to be slow simmered the same way that the Indian Sauces have to be. So you just need to add the cooked chicken and stir fry vegetables together saute again until the vegetables are defrosted, and add either the Sweet & Sour, Teriyaki, or General Tso's Sauce. Let it all come to s boil and then its done! These sauces are best paired with ALDI's Jasmine Rice and Asian Stir Fry Vegetables.

*Another way to make the chicken for the General Tso Sauce is to mix a 1/2 a cup of cornstarch and 1/4 cup of water mix it and pour over raw salt and peppered chicken and deep fry the pieces and toss with the sauce.

Another great addition to top off your meals is adding a bag of Fusia dumplings 🥟 also found at ALDI’s.

Indian Sauces

With the Indian sauces all you need to do is follow the cooking instructions for chicken and slow simmer the chicken with the sauce. I also add sliced green bell peppers and onions to the pot. This meal is best served with Basmati rice, which ALDI's also carries.
