Ingredients
2 Large Cans of Bumble Bee Tuna
4 Boiled Eggs
1/2 Cup of Chopped Celery
1/2 Cup of Chopped Onions
1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup of Relish
1 tbsp of Salt
1 tbsp of Pepper
1 tbsp of Sugar (optional)
1 tbsp of Paprika
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Step 1: Boil 4 eggs, peel them and mash them up.
Step 2: Strain the cans of Tuna, place into a bowl and shred the Tuna.
Step 3: Add all ingredients into the bowl with the Tuna and mix well. Taste and make any needed adjustments. Keep chilled in the refrigerator.
This recipe is great; its best served on bread, rolls, and crackers.
