Freezer Breakfast Burritos

This is a Freezer Prep Meal. After each one is done wrap in a damp paper towel. And then wrap in parchment paper, put them all in big freezer bag, date them and grab as needed, they will be good for a month! 2 minutes in the microwave and you’ll have a hearty breakfast on the go.
You can literally use any combination of eggs, cheese, sausage, bacon, and veggies. You can use spinach, roasted red pepper, or a regular flour wrap. It’s up to you. I will give three of my favorite recipes below:
1. Southwest Burrito 🌯
Ingredients
1 Roll of Breakfast Sausage or 1 Pack of Bacon
1 Cup of Taco Cheese Blend
10 Eggs
1 Cup of Diced Green and Red Peppers
1/2 Cup of Diced Onions
2 tbsp of Chili Powder
2 tbsp of Butter
1 Tbsp of Pepper
1 Tbsp of Salt
Step 1: Cook your meat; for sausage place in a hot pan and break up with a spatula. For bacon; dice the whole pack and fry until done. Move the meat on to paper towels to drain oil.
Step 2: Dice your peppers and onions and sauté them with 1 tbsp of butter. Once finished remove and place in a large bowl.
Step 3: Beat eggs, salt, pepper and chili powder . Add 1 tbsp of butter to a non stick pan on medium heat. Add eggs and mix every 30 seconds until finished.
Step 4: In the large bowl, combine eggs, cooked veggies, meat, and cheese. Mix well. Heat the tortillas in the microwave for 20 seconds until warm.
Step 5: Add your Burrito mixture to the middle of your tortilla fold the side in and roll from the bottom. Follow the instructions above for freezing them.
2. Spinach and Mushroom Burrito 🌯
Ingredients
3 Cups of Fresh Spinach
2 Cups of Bella Mushrooms
1/2 Diced Onion
10 Eggs
2 Cups of Shredded Swiss Cheese
3 tbsp of Butter
1 tbsp of Garlic
1 tbsp of Salt
1 tbsp of Pepper
(Add sausage or bacon if desired)
Step 1: Chop spinach and mushrooms, rinse them well. Heat a pan on medium with 2 tbsp of butter. Add spinach, mushrooms, onions, and garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 2: Add 1 tbsp of butter to a hot pan on medium heat. Add beaten eggs into the pan with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Add veggies to a bowl and stir in the cheese, eggs, and meat (if you added meat).
Step 4: Heat tortillas in the microwave for 20 seconds until warm. Add mixture in the middle, fold the sides, and roll from he bottle. Follow the storage instructions above.
3. The Hungry Man (My personal creation)
Ingredients
1 Roll of Bob Evans Spicy Sausage
1 Cup of Diced Green and Red Bell Peppers
1/2 Cup of Onions
1 Cup of Fried Tator Tots
10 Scambled Eggs
1 Cup of Sharp Cheddar
2 tbsp of Onion Powder
2 tbsp of Garlic Powder
1 tbsp of Paprika
1 tbsp of Pepper
1 tbsp of Salt
1 tbsp of Butter
Step 1: Cook the sausage roll over medium heat while breaking it up with the spatula. Drain and place in a bowl.
Step 2: Melt the butter in a pan on medium heat. Add the bell peppers, onions, and all the powder spices. Sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add to the bowl of sausage.
Step 3: Deep fry 1 cup of tator tots. Drain them on paper towels and let sit. Heat tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Step 4: Beat
