I have used a lot of different cookware over the years. As you can tell by the blog, I like to cook I have gone through a lot of cookware and I’m here to point out the bad from the good! And hopefully save you guys some time and money.

I have had this Pioneer Woman set for a year this month. I’m not impressed for a $100 price tag. The first few cooks will seem seamlessly easy, but the more you cook it will deteriorate...quickly.

The pans that came with the set are terrible with frying. The grease sticks to the sides of the pan so bad to the point it was stained brown and it had to be scrubbed with a Brillo pad to remove it, which isn’t ideal for these types of pans. Prior to the Brillo pad, I soaked it over and over again, and tried gently scrubbing with the sponge but it did nothing. After awhile, the Brillo pad will stop working. The pots are also not non stick like they claim to be. I’ve cooked eggs in the little pot with butter added and that stuck badly to the pot. The ceramic enamel is not ideal. I used only hard plastic and wood utensils while cooking, no metal. And after a few uses it will no longer be non stick sorry to say.

This could be Ok for someone who cooks lightly, but for someone who cooks everyday this will not last. These began to deteriorate within the first 90 days. The frying pan was tossed out about 9 months in. And the rest of the set isn’t far behind it, they are a pain to cook with at this point.

So to break it down:

Style: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Reliability: ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Longevity: ⭐️⭐️

Overall Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
